Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
This charming wooden box , created around 1900, is an artistic example of Frisian folk art . The finely crafted geometric ornaments and detailed carvings on all sides—especially on the lid—reflect craftsmanship and traditional style.
The lid is engraved with the name "Johanna Düvell," lending the box a personal, historical touch . Probably originally used as a jewelry box or personal keepsake box for letters, etc., it tells stories of times gone by. The matching key was unfortunately lost over the years, but this does not detract from the collector's item's charm.
