Shipping policy
Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall only be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer once the seller has received payment in full. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction.
1.1 The standard shipping method is DHL Paket or Deutsche Post Warensendung. Goods with dimensions outside the DHL standard are shipped with Hermes or GLS.
1.2 Delivery shall only be made within the EU, with the exception of the East Frisian Islands, North Frisian Islands and Hiddensee.
1.3 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given him reasonable advance notice of the service.
1.4 Self-pick up is possible by arrangement.
