Right of withdrawal
1) Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
1.1.) When concluding a purchase contract, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
1.2) When concluding a rental contract, you have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason. The revocation period is 24 hours from the time at which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
2) Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the start of the withdrawal period at the latest.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned undamaged, i.e. appropriate packaging and padding must be selected if our packaging is damaged or has already been disposed of. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
3) The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the security label is removed. This indicates that the goods have already been worn. This note must be observed before the label is removed!
4) For digital products (e.g. e-books), the right of withdrawal expires with the first download of the product. This indicates that the product has already been opened / used. This note must be observed before the download is started!
