Pretty, large brooch made of enamelled metal from the 1920s - 30s. The motif is a wind chime, looking to the side, with a sparkling collar and eye. Extremely good workmanship and a great motif - very typical of the period, including the rhinestones.
Found at an antique market in Belgium.
