The artist André Van Eeghem (Bruges, 1909 - 1999) was known for his atmospheric landscapes and rural scenes, which continue to delight collectors and art lovers today. A. Van Eeghem exhibited in 1992 at the art center 't Hof te Puttens in Lede. He is listed in the Lexicon of West Flemish visual artists. The painting is signed, framed and in excellent condition.
