My holistic approach combines theory with the practical aspects & personal experiences of the business to help you build something that is completely right for you!
I am here to help you develop the optimal strategy for you! I rely on my genuine openness and curiosity to lead the sessions with calm, honesty and compassion, which creates space for breakthroughs!

FAQ
The minimum duration is 5 sessions, giving us enough time to build trust, develop a strategy, resolve obstacles, take action and produce results that we can reflect on.
Once the 5 session quota is completed, we can move on to individual sessions if you need further support!
Depending on your schedule, we can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for each session. Sessions take place in person (if possible) or via Microsoft Teams video call, and each session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
I am flexible in scheduling. My calendar is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will agree on the dates for each session individually in advance.
I accompany customers from all areas of the vintage and antiques industry through a series of different entrepreneurial and psychological exercises. Together we develop your personal business strategy and solve all open questions and hurdles that are currently preventing you from really getting started!
Depending on your company's current needs and challenges, we will spend more time on certain areas than others.
Through insightful questions, lessons and exercises, I create the space in which you can learn, work and make your own strategic decisions.
Outside of our conversations, you will be encouraged to do some light homework. This could be gathering information, listening to a podcast and/or answering some mindset questions.
Action steps that you feel inspired to take will automatically emerge from our conversations.
This is absolutely not necessary. Especially if you are just starting out, I am here! I help my clients to focus on their goal and gain clarity about their vision.
I can't guarantee positive results, I can only pave the way with you and create the conditions! However, I know from experience that an energetic, time- and financial commitment will naturally steer things in the right direction and your business will automatically get rolling!
