costs of a return

You can easily register a return via email and request the return label.

We will then send you a parcel label for the free return by email. For larger items, we will contact you to arrange collection.

Please always use the parcel label you received from us for returns.

If you used a voucher that can only be used once when placing your order, it will be used up by this order. The voucher value will be divided proportionately between the products you ordered. If you return an item, the amount for the returned product will be forfeited in full, even if the value of the products you keep is above the minimum order value. The voucher value will not be paid out for returned items and no new voucher will be automatically booked as a replacement.
